Many Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs) have limited resources to apply to the enhancement of services provided to their rural communities.
Technical staff, capital financing, and the time to evaluate opportunities are frequently difficult to obtain for CAHs, especially when it comes to Health Information Technology (HIT).
