The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) presents:
Colorado Health Care Preparedness Forums

The Health Care Preparedness Program at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment 
is holding five, one-day forums for medical hospital partners statewide.  The forums will be held throughout the 
month of May in Denver, Glenwood Springs, Pueblo, Durango, and Fort Collins.

Topics discussed will include: Colorado Public Health and Medical Volunteer System, 800MHz radios, Operation Mountain Move Exercise(s), pandemic flu planning, communication and resource tracking systems, community integration, and general grant information. The Colorado Disaster Medical Assistance Team will present on community response and lessons learned from Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Rita and volunteer management for hospitals. The five forum locations are:

• Denver, May 3
• Glenwood Springs, May 10
• Pueblo, May 17
• Durango, May 24
• Fort Collins, May 31
