The "Linking Rural Needs to Services" (LiRNS) program was designed by the Colorado Rural Health Center to link rural communities with technical consultants who specialize in areas such as:

The LiRNS database consists of highly-qualified consultants. Through a four-step process, LiRNS will link rural communites to qualified technical assistance experts.
