How does LiRNS work?
The LiRNS database consists of highly-qualified consultants. Through
a four-step process, LiRNS will link rural communites to qualified technical
assistance experts.
As a community/facility, how do I take advantage
of the LiRNS program?

As a consultant, how do I become a
part of the LiRNS consultant database?
If you are a consultant wishing to offer services to rural Colorado communities,
