Colorado Provider Recruitment is a nonprofit recruitment program created in 2001 to address healthcare workforce shortages in Colorado’s rural and underserved communities. CPR helps communities recruit and retain dedicated and qualified healthcare professionals who are committed to practicing in rural and underserved areas. Clinical sites throughout Colorado contract with CPR to fill healthcare staffing needs

How Can Your Facility Benefit?

We are local, affordable, and mission-driven! CPR works with rural hospitals, Federally Qualified Health Centers, Community Health Centers, Rural Health Clinics, Community-Funded Safety Net Clinics and rural private practices. We recruit for the following disciplines:

  • Primary care physicians including:
    • Family, Internal and Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN and General Surgery
  • Advanced Practice Nurses, Physician Assistants and Certified Nurse Midwifes
  • Oral Health providers including Dentists and Registered Dental Hygienists
  • Registered Nurses
  • Other Allied Health Professionals as needed
