CPR Provider Services
CPR is dedicated to building and maintaining relationships with providers. CPR will work with you to determine which factors are most important to you and to your family. CPR will then identify practice opportunities that match your personal and professional needs. CPR offers a variety of services at no cost to providers. These services include:

Connections to Open Positions
Providers interested in receiving detailed information regarding practice opportunities in rural and underserved communities in Colorado should first complete the Provider Interview Form. Provider information will be kept confidential and will not be provided to third parties until provider approval has been received. CPR uses this information to learn about you and your families’ practice and personal preferences in order to best help you find a job that fits those preferences. Once you have submitted this form you will be contacted with detailed information on opportunities across the state. The information provided includes salary and benefits, practice descriptions, call schedules, specific preferences of the hiring entity, community information, and much  more. All of CPR’s jobs are posted in brief at www.3rnet.org. The jobs on this site are updated hourly. When you are interested in a particular job, we’ll get you connected!

There are a number of practice opportunities open across Colorado from the Eastern Plains to the Western Slope - and everything in between. Over 70% of the state is considered rural, and underserved areas are in both rural and urban settings. We also have opportunities for J-1 Visa waiver physicians. Colorado offers competitive salaries and benefits, and has six strong loan repayment programs for which many of our clinics throughout the state are eligible.

Community and Practice Profiles
Providers who are matched to an opportunity will receive detailed community and practice profiles. The information provided includes salary and benefits, practice descriptions, call schedules, specific preferences of the hiring entity, community information, and much more. These profiles contain information on recreation, schools, community history, and county demographics. These profiles may also contain links to the local Chamber of Commerce or city/county websites. After reviewing the profiles, the provider should notify CPR of their level of interest in the opportunity. CPR will facilitate communication between the community and the provider.
