Grants: Research, Opportunities & Writing (GROW)
As part of the Colorado Rural Health Center’s continuing commitment to safeguard and expand rural healthcare, we are launching a new grant writing program available to individuals, groups, organizations, and communities.  The GROW program’s overall goal is to provide grant writing resources to help ensure that comprehensive, affordable, high quality healthcare services are available at the local level in the state of Colorado.

Program Objectives

  • Help identify and articulate local healthcare needs substantiated by current, relevant data
  • Evaluate organizational capabilities and level of need in order to empower local grant writing activities
  • Identify/recognize potential partnerships and facilitate collaboration to prevent duplication of efforts
  • Determine potential viable funding sources
  • Assist communities in achieving success in their grant writing endeavors

Menu of Services – Based on needs, clients may choose:

  • Complete Grant Writing Package – includes a signature-ready grant application prepared for submission based on information and data provided by clients
  • Individualized Grant Writing Package – includes any or all of the following components:
    • Needs assessment
    • Letter of Intent preparation
    • Work plan development or review
    • Budget development or review
    • Narrative writing
    • Logic Model review
    • Technical assessment and review of grant application prior to submission
    • Follow-up reporting to funding bodies
  • Customized Grant Writing Workshops & Trainings – for individuals or groups
  • Grant Writing Mentoring – includes support of your in-house grant writing efforts

Fee Schedule – Prices will be negotiated on an individual basis depending on complexity and scope of need.  Discounts are available for CRHC Investing Members!
