Financial Feasibility Study
Not sure if RHC status is right for you?

The RHC Financial Feasibility Study evaluates a prospective RHC’s existing payer mix (private pay, Medicare and Medicaid) to determine if conversion to the RHC model would be appropriate in order to maximize reimbursement rates.

Primary Care Fund Attestation & Application Support
Would you like to determine if you’re eligible for Primary Care Funding?

All Colorado primary care healthcare providers meeting the “qualified provider” requirements for the Primary Care Fund are potentially eligible to receive Primary Care Fund dollars. Awards are allocated based on the number of medically indigent patients served by one health care provider in an amount proportionate to the total number of medically indigent patients served by all health care providers who qualify for moneys from this fund. We can help your clinic determine eligibility through payer mix data and attestation.

Grant Writing
Wish you had more time and expertise in grant writing to access funding?

We offer a grant writing program available to rural individuals, groups, organizations, and communities to help ensure that comprehensive, affordable, high-quality healthcare services are available at the local level in the state of Colorado. Our menu of options includes everything from a complete grant writing package, to services such as budget development, letter of intent preparation, or customized workshops.
