Colorado STRIDES

The underlying assumption of Colorado STRIDES is that communities that develop their unique assets, build a vibrant local economy, and nurture strong leaders are the same communities that succeed in recruiting and retaining quality healthcare providers. Colorado STRIDES assists communities and healthcare facilities with an approach that fosters community self-reliance and local empowerment.

Colorado STRIDES offers technical assistance and services in three main areas (Community Needs Assessment and Action Planning, Community Health Needs Assessments for 501c3 hospitals, and Economic Impact Studies for Healthcare) to competitively selected communities and facilities.

Colorado Rural Health Center requires that all candidates submit an application for services. Colorado STRIDES will review all applications.
